Colmi Ring + FitMesh Sync
Your Colmi ring on a web dashboard, no manufacturer app required
FitMesh Sync connects directly to your Colmi ring via Bluetooth and collects steps, heart rate, SpO2, sleep with stages, stress, and battery level. Data appears on a web dashboard accessible from any browser, merged with your smartwatch data, with no duplicates.
Colmi rings offer discreet continuous monitoring: you wear them day and night, tracking sleep with stages (light, deep, REM), heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and stress level, with nothing to manually activate. The problem with many budget rings is the manufacturer app: often sparse, data stays locked in, there's no integration with the smartwatch you use during the day, and there's no decent web dashboard.
FitMesh Sync solves exactly this. Instead of using the Colmi app, you use FitMesh: it connects directly to the ring via Bluetooth, pulls the data, sends it to the EU cloud, and shows it on a unified web dashboard alongside your other wearables.
What FitMesh reads from the Colmi ring
- Steps: daily count and hourly interval breakdown
- Heart rate: continuous samples and daily average
- SpO2: blood oxygen saturation
- Sleep with stages: total duration, Light, Deep, REM, Awake
- Stress: score based on heart rate variability
- Battery: remaining charge level of the ring
Unified dashboard: ring + smartwatch, zero duplicates
Many people use the ring at night (for sleep) and the smartwatch during the day (for sport and notifications). FitMesh puts them together in a single view: sleep comes from the Colmi ring, steps and workouts from the watch. When the same measurement arrives from two sources, FitMesh applies a deduplication mechanism: the same step is never counted twice.
How it works: 3-step setup
- Install FitMesh Sync from the Play Store and sign in with Google.
- Open the Ring section in the app and keep the Colmi ring near your phone: FitMesh finds it via Bluetooth and pairs automatically.
- Open the web dashboard (link in the app or sign in from a browser): steps, sleep, and heart rate are already visible.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to keep the Colmi app on my phone?+
No. FitMesh Sync connects directly to the ring via Bluetooth, so the manufacturer app is not needed. You can uninstall it if you want. FitMesh collects data independently and sends it to the web dashboard.
Which Colmi models are supported?+
FitMesh supports the most common Colmi models using the standard Bluetooth protocol, including R-series models (R02, R06, R08, R09, R10) and others with similar features. Compatibility is expanded progressively. If your model isn't listed, join the beta and let us know: requested models are prioritized.
If I also have a smartwatch, will steps be counted twice?+
No. FitMesh applies a deduplication logic: if the same time interval has data from both the ring and the smartwatch, the source with the better (or more recent) data is used, not the sum. The goal is an accurate count, not an inflated one.
Does sleep data appear in Apple Health?+
On Android, data is stored in the FitMesh cloud and shown on the web dashboard. On iPhone, the FitMesh iOS app (coming soon) writes sleep with stages, steps, and heart rate into Apple Health, making them visible in Apple's Health app and in any app reading from Apple Health. Not available on the App Store at this time: join the beta for early access.
Can FitMesh make medical claims about SpO2 or stress data?+
No. SpO2 and stress data from the Colmi ring are consumer-grade measurements for personal wellness monitoring, not diagnostic tools. FitMesh displays them as received from the ring. For any clinical assessment, consult a healthcare professional.
