No. FitMesh prepares a summary of your data, but the reasoning and advice come from whichever AI assistant you choose. The app doesn't generate content or give diagnoses.
Which AI assistant should I use?
Whichever you prefer: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or anything else. FitMesh has no exclusive partner.
Is my data automatically sent to an AI?
No. The summary is only generated when you ask for it, and you're the one who pastes it wherever you want. Nothing is sent automatically.
