Sync Pixel Watch to your dashboard
The Pixel Watch uses the Fitbit app as its official backend: steps, heart rate, sleep and calories flow from the Watch to Fitbit, from Fitbit to Health Connect, and from there FitMesh reads them automatically. Works with Pixel Watch 1, 2 and 3, no OAuth, no API keys, 5-minute setup.
FitMesh Sync is an independent product. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; this page implies no affiliation or sponsorship.

Supported data
The data types FitMesh can read from this integration. Green dot = supported, grey = not available from this source.
Technical note
Sync chain: Pixel Watch → Fitbit app → Health Connect → FitMesh. Typical latency 15–30 minutes. Detailed REM/Deep/Light sleep stages require Fitbit Web API OAuth (Q3 2026).

Troubleshooting
I don't see my data in FitMesh+
Confirm that the Fitbit → Health Connect connection is active: Fitbit → You → Health Connect → status 'Connected'. If not, tap 'Connect' and re-authorize.
Data arrives late+
Expected behavior: Pixel Watch → Fitbit → Health Connect typically has a 15–30 minute delay. To speed it up open Fitbit, pull down to refresh, then tap 'Sync now' in FitMesh.
I see steps and heart rate but no sleep stages+
Via Health Connect Fitbit exposes sleep as total duration, not REM/Deep/Light stages. Stages will arrive with the planned Fitbit Web API OAuth integration.
Technical notes
Sync chain: Pixel Watch → Fitbit app → Health Connect → FitMesh. No OAuth, no API keys. Typical latency 15–30 minutes. Granularity: daily steps, heart rate per minute, sleep per session. Data stays on your phone and is only sent to your FitMesh account's Supabase backend.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the Fitbit app?+
Yes — Pixel Watch uses Fitbit as the official companion app. Without Fitbit installed data isn't synced. Once Fitbit is connected to Health Connect, FitMesh reads everything automatically.
Why can't I see sleep stages (REM/Deep/Light)?+
Via Health Connect Fitbit only exposes sleep as total duration. REM/Deep/Light/Awake stages will arrive with the planned Fitbit Web API OAuth (Q3 2026).
