FitMesh Sync supports Colmi R02 and R03 smart rings (and OEM clones sharing the same BLE protocol) via direct Bluetooth connection. The app reads the ring without needing the manufacturer's companion app: steps, distance, calories, heart rate (daily log + resting HR), SpO2, HRV, stress, sleep with stages and battery feed directly into your multi-device dashboard. Nightly ring data merges with daytime smartwatch data, no double counting.

FitMesh connects to the ring as a Bluetooth device, downloads raw data and merges it into the multi-source dashboard (ring+smartwatch fusion: the ring covers nighttime and metrics the smartwatch lacks). Sleep with stages: the ring is the specialist and wins overnight.

How do I sync my Colmi Ring with FitMesh?+
FitMesh has native Colmi Ring support via direct BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication. Open FitMesh, go to Devices → Add device, scan for your Colmi Ring, and follow the pairing steps. No third-party app required — FitMesh syncs directly from the ring.
What health data does FitMesh read from Colmi Ring?+
FitMesh reads steps, heart rate, SpO₂ (blood oxygen), sleep stages (light, deep, REM, awake), calories, and stress index from Colmi Ring. HRV (RMSSD) is also available. Note: skin temperature is not available on current Colmi hardware.
Which Colmi Ring models are compatible with FitMesh?+
FitMesh is compatible with Colmi R02, R06, P73, and most other current Colmi Ring models. Support is based on the BLE protocol these rings use. If your model isn't listed, try pairing — many Colmi Ring variants share the same protocol.
Why isn't my Colmi Ring syncing with FitMesh?+
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the ring is within range (~1 meter). If the ring appears paired but data doesn't sync, try forgetting the device in FitMesh and re-pairing. Also ensure battery is above 20% — low battery can interrupt BLE communication.
Does Colmi Ring need the CRing or Colmi app to work with FitMesh?+
No. FitMesh connects directly to Colmi Ring via Bluetooth, bypassing the manufacturer's app entirely. You don't need the CRing or Colmi app installed. FitMesh is a standalone solution for syncing Colmi Ring data to your Android phone.
