Which apps does FitMesh support?
FitMesh supports a wide range of popular fitness apps and wearables that provide data export or API access. This includes apps like Strava, Garmin Connect, Polar Flow, Samsung Health, and more. We're continuously adding new integrations.
Does FitMesh store my health data?
No. FitMesh processes your fitness data entirely on your device and syncs it directly to Google Health Connect. We do not store any of your health or fitness data on external servers.
Why does FitMesh need a Foreground Service permission?
The Foreground Service permission allows FitMesh to run sync tasks reliably in the background, ensuring your fitness data is always up to date even when you're not actively using the app. Without it, Android may interrupt sync operations.
My sync isn't working — what should I do?
First, make sure you've granted FitMesh all required permissions in both the app settings and in the Health Connect app. Check that your source fitness app is connected and has recent data. If the problem persists, try force-stopping and reopening FitMesh.
How do I revoke FitMesh's access to my health data?
You can revoke access at any time through the Android Health Connect app (Settings → Apps → FitMesh) or through your device's app permissions settings. You can also uninstall FitMesh to remove all local data.
Is FitMesh free?
Yes, FitMesh is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
