Will FitMesh support Oura Ring?+
Yes, Oura Ring integration is planned for Q4 2026. FitMesh will connect via the Oura API, giving you access to Readiness Score, Sleep Score, Activity Score, body temperature deviation, HRV, and all nightly sleep stage data in your FitMesh dashboard.
Can I use FitMesh with Oura Ring now?+
Not natively yet — the direct Oura API integration is coming in Q4 2026. If the Oura app writes data to Android Health Connect (available for Gen 3 users on Android), FitMesh can read that data as a workaround.
What Oura Ring data will FitMesh sync when integration launches?+
When the Oura OAuth integration launches, FitMesh will import Readiness Score, Sleep Score, Activity Score, nightly HRV (average and low), sleep stages, body temperature deviation, SpO₂, respiratory rate, and resting heart rate.
How does Oura Ring sleep tracking compare to smartwatches in FitMesh?+
Oura Ring is among the most accurate consumer sleep trackers. Its ring form factor reduces motion artifacts vs. wrist-worn devices, resulting in more reliable sleep stage classification. FitMesh will display Oura's proprietary sleep data alongside data from other connected devices.
