Garmin Fenix 7 Health Connect sync guide 2026
The Fenix 7 series is Garmin's flagship multisport GPS watch for endurance athletes. Since the 2024 Garmin Connect update added Health Connect support, the Fenix 7 writes steps, heart rate, sleep, and basic workout data to Android automatically. Advanced metrics like Training Status, Body Battery, HRV Status, and per-second GPS are Garmin-proprietary and remain in Garmin Connect until the official Garmin Health API integration ships.
