It shares the same BioActive sensor platform as Watch 7 and writes identical data types to Health Connect. The Ultra adds a titanium frame and improved water resistance but the Health Connect integration, including HRV, sleep stages, and workout tracking, is the same as Watch 7.

The sensor hardware and Health Connect data output are identical between Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra. The Ultra adds durability features (titanium, water resistance) but does not change what data types are written to Health Connect.
Can I use Galaxy Watch Ultra with FitMesh on iPhone?+
Galaxy Watch Ultra requires the Galaxy Wearable app, which is Android-only. FitMesh on Android reads Watch Ultra data from Health Connect. iPhone support for Samsung watches is not available.
