Sync Mi Band & Xiaomi Watch to your dashboard
If you own Mi Band 7, 8 or 9 (or Xiaomi Watch S1/S2/Active), FitMesh reads your data through Mi Fitness (which writes to Health Connect since 2024). Also works with Redmi Smart Band and Amazfit (via Zepp).

Frequently asked questions
How do I sync my Xiaomi Mi Band or Smart Band with FitMesh?+
Sync your Mi Band to the Mi Fitness (Zepp Life) app as usual, then enable Health Connect sync in the Mi Fitness settings. Grant FitMesh access to Health Connect and tap 'Sync'. Your Mi Band data (steps, sleep, heart rate) will appear in FitMesh.
Does FitMesh work with Mi Band 7, 8, and 9?+
Yes. FitMesh works with Mi Band 7, 8, 9, and the Xiaomi Smart Band series, as long as the Mi Fitness app is set up to sync with Android Health Connect. Older models like Mi Band 4, 5, and 6 are also supported via Zepp Life.
Why doesn't my Mi Band sleep data appear in FitMesh?+
Make sure the Mi Fitness (or Zepp Life) app has Health Connect sync enabled and that 'Sleep' write permission is granted. Some Mi Band models only sync sleep data after you wake up and open the app. Once Health Connect has the data, FitMesh will import it on the next sync.
Can FitMesh read SpO₂ and stress data from Xiaomi bands?+
SpO₂ data is available in FitMesh if your Mi Band model supports it and the Mi Fitness app writes it to Health Connect. Stress data (based on HRV) is currently not standardized in Health Connect and may not be available in FitMesh.
