FitMesh Sync
Limited accessFitness platform·Strava

Sync Strava to your dashboard

FitMesh reads your runs, rides, swims and walks recorded on Strava and shows them on your dashboard alongside data from your other devices, with GPS tracks, elevation, average pace, calories and heart rate for each segment. Access is currently limited: reading works for accounts already connected, but new connections are subject to Strava's approval.

FitMesh Sync is an independent product. Trademarks belong to their respective owners; this page implies no affiliation or sponsorship.

Frequently asked questions

Does FitMesh integrate with Strava?+

Yes, with limited access: FitMesh connects directly to the Strava API and reading works for accounts already connected, showing activities, routes and performance data in one dashboard alongside your other devices. New connections are subject to Strava's approval.

If I already have Garmin or Polar connected, do I also need Strava?+

Not required: FitMesh already reads workouts from your Garmin or Polar via Health Connect. Connect Strava too if you want to include activities recorded only there (third-party apps, manual entries).

What Strava data does FitMesh read, and can it send data too?+

For accounts already connected, FitMesh reads activities (run, ride, swim, etc.), route data, pace/power zones, and segment times, showing training load and volume alongside sleep and recovery from your wearable. The published app doesn't yet expose the authorization needed to send workouts to Strava (write).
