Colmi R02 writes basic sleep data to Health Connect. The granularity of sleep stages (light/deep/REM) depends on the Colmi app version. Basic sleep duration always writes. The sleep stage accuracy is lower than premium rings like Oura due to sensor differences.

FitMesh connects directly to the Colmi R02 via Bluetooth (it does not go through Health Connect, which only comes into play for other Android wearables): sync consistency depends on Bluetooth range and how often you open the FitMesh app to trigger a read, not on Android background restrictions. For best results, keep the ring within range (about 1 meter) and open FitMesh regularly. Data may be delayed compared to premium devices with continuous background sync.

The two rings connect to FitMesh differently: Oura Ring writes to Health Connect (Android) via its companion app, while the Colmi R02 connects directly via Bluetooth, without going through Health Connect, on both Android and iPhone.
