Colmi Ring sync on Android
Sync your Colmi Ring without the companion app
FitMesh connects directly to your Colmi R02, R03, and compatible rings via Bluetooth. Steps, sleep, heart rate, SpO2, and HRV land in your dashboard automatically — no Da Fit required.
The Da Fit app that ships with Colmi rings gets the job done for basic notifications, but its health data export is limited and the interface is cluttered. FitMesh takes a different approach: it connects directly to your ring over Bluetooth, reads the raw health data, and brings everything into a clean multi-device dashboard alongside any other wearables you use.
What data FitMesh reads from your Colmi Ring
- Steps and distance: daily totals and hourly breakdown.
- Calories: active and total daily burn.
- Heart rate: 24h continuous log and resting heart rate.
- SpO2: blood oxygen saturation measured by the ring.
- HRV: heart rate variability — the ring's most useful recovery signal.
- Stress score: based on HRV variability throughout the day.
- Sleep: total duration, sleep stages (light, deep, REM), and overnight SpO2.
- Battery level: so you always know when to charge.
Compatible Colmi models
- Colmi R02 — the most popular budget smart ring.
- Colmi R03 — slightly slimmer form factor, same BLE protocol.
- OEM clones — rings sold under other brand names that use the same BLE protocol as the R02/R03 are also supported.
- Not yet supported: Colmi i18 and newer models that use a different Bluetooth stack (on the roadmap).
How the Bluetooth sync works
Keep your Colmi Ring paired to your phone. Open FitMesh, tap Sync, and the app reads the stored data from the ring's internal memory over BLE. The sync takes 10–30 seconds depending on how many days of data are stored. You do not need to keep the ring connected all day — a daily manual sync or automatic background sync when you open the app is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need Da Fit installed to use FitMesh?+
No. FitMesh connects directly to your Colmi Ring via Bluetooth without going through Da Fit. You can uninstall Da Fit if you want — FitMesh replaces its data-reading function, though it does not handle firmware updates or watch-face changes.
Does FitMesh support Colmi rings other than the R02?+
Yes. The R03 and OEM rings that share the same BLE protocol as the R02 are supported. If your ring is sold under a different brand name but looks and functions like a Colmi R02, it will almost certainly work.
How often does FitMesh sync with the ring?+
FitMesh syncs when you open the app. You can also trigger a manual sync from the device screen. For background sync, Android must grant FitMesh Bluetooth background permission — the app will prompt you to enable it.
Can I see Colmi Ring data alongside my other devices?+
Yes. That is FitMesh's core feature. If you also use a Garmin, Galaxy Watch, or any device that writes to Health Connect, all data appears on the same unified dashboard. Ring sleep data and watch activity data are merged automatically.
