Health Connect stores data locally: there is no built-in cloud dashboard
Health Connect is the central hub that Android uses to collect health data from apps and wearables: steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts and more. But it is a local database: it lives on your phone, not in the cloud.
This means there is no official web dashboard and no way to compare your data across weeks without opening the app.
FitMesh: the bridge from Health Connect to the app
FitMesh Sync reads your Health Connect data each time you open the app and sends it to your personal cloud account. Your data is visible in the app, on your phone.
In the app you see steps, heart rate, sleep stages, workouts and calories. Condition: SpO2 and floors climbed appear only if your device records them. Steps, sleep, calories and heart rate are compared with the previous week. With trend charts.

Does Health Connect have its own cloud dashboard?+
No. Health Connect stores fitness and health data locally on your phone. There is no built-in web dashboard or cloud backup. FitMesh Sync reads your Health Connect data and shows it in the app.
Do I need a smartwatch to use FitMesh?+
No. FitMesh Sync reads whatever is in Health Connect, including step data and health metrics from your phone sensors alone. A smartwatch or fitness tracker adds more data, but it is not required.
How often does FitMesh sync Health Connect data?+
It syncs each time you open the app. You can also trigger a sync manually with a tap in settings. Data appears in the app when the sync completes.
Is my health data safe?+
Yes. Your data is stored, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or shared with third parties. FitMesh Sync contains zero advertising or tracking SDKs.
Which devices write data to Health Connect?+
Galaxy Watch and Samsung Health, Pixel Watch, Fitbit, Garmin (via Garmin Connect), Polar, Suunto, Oura Ring, and any Android app with Health Connect permission. If your device writes to Health Connect, FitMesh Sync can read it.
